The Manawatū Campus Library is pleased to announced a workshop presented courtesy of Clarivate Analytics’ Web of Science. This session is aimed at academics and postgraduate researchers.

Generating and Using a Researcher Profile?
Web of Science, Publons and Endnote, covering Publons and ResearcherID helps you get the recognition you deserve for keeping watch over science and research. Easily import, verify, and store a record of every publicatiion and peer review you perform and every manuscript you handle as an editor, for any journal in the world, in full compliance with all editorial policies.


2:20 – 3:00 pm
Web of Science
1) Be able to narrow a research search down to a digestible size without losing relevant information.
2) Understand the advantages of filtering searchers by ‘times cited’, ‘top percentage’, ‘open accesses’, ‘most recent’ and ‘key authors’.
3) Develop an understanding of a research landscape through a systematic bibliographic review.
